New Hire Training
An AIG employee’s journey to success begins on the very first day.
The curriculum incorporates domain, technical, analytical and English communication training courses to ensure that new hires are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need before they are endorsed to their respective Operations / Call Center teams.
AIG employees are encouraged to learn more to grow more.

AIG Shared Services continues to promote a coaching and mentoring culture. We have a coaching program in place with the underlying thrust of providing employees with the opportunity to excel in their field of work. From the top-down, coaching has always been a key component in making sure that our employees get the support they need as we work toward the same goal: SUCCESS!
Customer Service Training
AIG employees embody the value of Customer Focus.
Having Customer Focus as one of AIG Shared Services’ corporate values, we provide a customer service training course which specializes in customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and organizational profitability to improve service delivery. We have adopted the Stellar Customer Service model, in partnership with Achieve Global, to build an organization that cares for our customers and aspires to provide them with a Positive Defining Moment.
English Communication Training
Communicating across boundaries.
AIG Shared Services’ English Communication Training programs are geared towards building the skills to communicate and interact with our customers and Business Owners. Another program related to this is the Discussion Skills training that prepares leaders in the facilitation of conference calls, agenda preparation, and other topics that will strengthen the working relationship with Business Owners.
All communication training programs in AIG Shared Services are anchored on our Language Assessment program which is an English language communication scale that determines the level of English skills in the BPO workplace.
Project Management Training
The building blocks for total quality management.
Six Sigma courses, such as the Yellow Belt and Green Belt programs, are offered to AIG leaders, as well as an Internal Quality Auditor (IQA) Certification Training program. These training programs are designed to build a robust Total Quality Management system and to equip AIG Shared Services leaders with the skills needed to establish systems and procedures to ensure that work is done accurately and customers receive quality service.
Targeted development for Leaders.
Competency Assessment for Performance Excellence (CAPE) is AIG’s innovative program, implemented in partnership with ECC International, used to define the different competencies of AIG Shared Services Team Leaders and Managers essential for their success, as a precursor to developing and implementing targeted training curricula and intervention programs.

AIG caters to our employees many interests.
In the spirit of work-life balance, AIG Shared Services also offers programs that are relevant to employees personal lives. Our Lunch and Learn programs are designed to cover topics that peak the interest of our employees outside of the business setting. This program is a quick 1-hour session which covers a range of subject matters like hobbies, self-defense classes, health and wellness and inspirational talks.
